Why Am I using a Helpdesk?
Emails are becoming more hit and miss every day, email servers eat your important support question I never receive it so I can't help you and you think I am ignoring you.
I still answer every question myself, so you are not dealing with some faceless entity (that's me below).

I do not work on Sundays, I try and spend the whole day with my family, so if you ask a question on a Sunday I will probably answer on the Monday.
